Here you'll find most of the questions our customers may have when selecting a bouquet and during the purchasing process. If you can't find the answer to your question, don't hesitate to contact us by email, form or telephone using the details on the contact page.
Once your order has been confirmed by email by one of our in-store florists, your order enters a production and delivery process that aims to deliver it to the address and on the date requested. In the event of any unexpected delay or hindrance, you will be informed immediately. Our company has been in existence since 1927, and is fully conversant with all the processes involved in the flower business. You can order with complete peace of mind.
For the time being, you can pay by credit card or Paypal, using the functions of our Paypal online payment system, which allows you to pay by card without opening a Paypal account.
Payment on delivery is reserved for certain customers with an account with Narmino SARL. Once they've made their choice on the website, we invite them to phone one of our two stores to see what payment facilities are available to them.
For all deliveries outside Monaco, neighbouring towns and towns as far as Nice, please contact us by telephone (see contact page) for shipping conditions and rates.

If you have any problems with an order, you can visit one of the two Narmino SARL stores in Monaco, or send your query via the form on this page. You can also reach us by phone, and our florists will be happy to help you resolve them. Please note, however, that there are very few cases where a problem could arise, as our company has been based in Monaco since 1927, and we have complete control over all the processes involved in the manufacture and delivery of your floral arrangements.
The Narmino company, which publishes this website, was founded in Monaco in 1927 and, thanks to the quality and originality of its compositions, has become a patented supplier to H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince of Monaco. So you can be sure that we only choose quality flowers, and that our arrangements are made with a keen sense of excellence.
You can pick up your orders in the store where the composition was made. Please contact us by phone from this page so that we can tell you where to go (we have two sales outlets in Monaco). You can also choose this option when you place your order.
